i.e. Productions is a creative company which commissions and develops new commercial scale work across a broad spectrum of artforms including musical theatre, plays and live events.

The company was established in 2019 by award winning theatrical designer Morgan Large and Olivier Award winning director/choreographer Matt Cole who, between them, have 40 years experience as theatre makers. Using their wealth of practical creative knowledge, the i.e. team work alongside writers to unfold each individual story dramaturgically and theatrically. Creativity is at the heart of everything we do.

i.e. is committed to discovering new as well as established writers and supporting them with the resources they need to create their best work. Working as a creative hub, i.e. seeds the beginnings of new theatrical stories and commissions dynamic writers to grow these ideas. The team at i.e. work closely with the writers to develop these stories and once written, broker partnerships with commercial producers to bring the pieces to life.
